Zusammenfassung: | In this final chapter we return to the two core themes introduced in the first chapter (Chapter 24) in this part of the book – managing entanglement and apprehending landscape time – to draw out some of the resonances between our three empirical cases. In doing so, we explore the binding potential of key concepts, including ‘ruderality’ and alternative temporal modalities. We also acknowledge how our complementary perspectives allowed us to critically engage with the practices and processes at play at each site, and reflect on the implications of ‘heritage in transformation’ for heritage practice and scholarship going forward.
