The strange infrared conductivity of La2CuO4.06

Zusammenfassung: | The infrared reflection spectra of a $\rm La _2 CuO _{4.06}$ single crystal have been measured on the ab-plane in the normal and superconducting states. A huge non-conventional thermal evolution of the reflectivity is observed in the whole measured range (20–10000 cm-1). Through a Kramers-Kronig analysis of the data we can separate the contributions from the normal state and Cooper pair condensation. Measurements can be explained by considering a polaron delocalisation. |
