Zusammenfassung: | An investigation was made of a CO/sub 2/ laser with pulsed pumping of a gas cell in the matched regime. The total energy of the output radiation was 3 kJ when the pressure of the mixture was 2 atm and the active volume was 50 liters. When the active volume was 12 liters, the energy deposited in a mixture of the CO/sub 2/:N/sub 2/:He = 1:2:2 composition was 0.6 kJ x liter/sup -1/ x atm/sup -1/ and the radiation energy was approx.80 J x liter/sup -1/ x atm/sup -1/. |
