Zusammenfassung: | An investigation was made of the properties of the lambda=3.39 $mu$ radiation emitted by a He--Ne waveguide laser. The dependences of the output power on the resonator geometry, pressure, and composition of the gas mixture were determined. The spectrum of the output radiation was investigated. An unsaturated gain of 170 dB/m per pass was achieved for a laser with a discharge tube in which the waveguide channel was of 510 $mu$ diameter. |
