Zusammenfassung: | Vulvo vaginal candidiasis (VVC) is a universal situation deal with pregnant women all over the earth and impacting on their fetus health. It is expected that maximum of women will suffer however one incident in their life cycle and half percentage will go through various periods, especially in warm, semitropical temperatures. VVC is a present problem of illness and has destructive outcomes for ladies of reproduction period. Exploring prevalence and risk of pregnant women about Vulvovaginal Candidiasis is important, mainly in Asian territory wherever focus on problems associated to venereal area is endangered by society, spiritual and traditions feelings. The study aims to assess the prevalence and risk of about VVC among pregnant women and evaluate the effectiveness of awareness program on knowledge and practice of pregnant women. The study question of this work is: what is the prevalence and risk of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy? A survey method will use to achieve the aim of study. The researcher planned to collect the vaginal specimen after the consent of pregnant women with symptomatic vaginal secretion, vulval rash, genital pain, and an offensive genital smell. A questionnaire method to assess the knowledge and the hygienic practices among pregnant women. Detection and screening help to prevent the complications to mother and their baby. Education tool will help to identify the infections during pregnancy.
