Zusammenfassung: | One step synthesis of L10-FePt particles was reported in this paper. The particles were synthesized through high temperature spray pyrolysis. The as-synthesized particles were characterized by Transmitting Electron Microscopy (TEM), and corresponding results confirmed the polycrystalline and hollow structure of the products, with average size of ∼800 nm. The TEM Energy Dispersive x-ray (EDX) spectrum characterization showed that both Fe and Pt were homogenously distributed at nanoscale. The magnetic properties and crystal structure were investigated by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) and x-ray Diffraction (XRD), respectively, and confirmed the high coercivity and L10 phase of the products. A post annealing was applied to the as-synthesized particles, and the results show that post annealing has little impact on the particle morphology, but could improve the magnetic properties. |
