Zusammenfassung: | This article reports, for the first time to our knowledge, that the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of planar NH2CH=NH2PbI3 (FAPbI3) lead halide perovskite solar cells (SCs) can be largely improved by fabricating nanotextures on the SC surface. Four kinds of nanotextures are investigated and compared with each other: column hollow (CLH) nanoarrays, cone hollow (CNH) nanoarrays, square prism hollow (SPH) nanoarrays, and pyramid hollow (PYH) nanoarrays. Compared with the PCEs of the planar SCs with the same layer depth d, it is found that when d is in the range of 125-500 nm and when the array period, as well as the filling fraction of the nanotexture, are optimized, the ultimate efficiency increased 29%-50% for the CLH and SPH textured FAPbI3 SCs relative to the planar ones, and 20%-41% for the CNH and PYH textured FAPbI3 SCs relative to the planar ones. When d < 250 nm, the optimized ultimate efficiencies of the CLH and SPH textured FAPbI3 SCs with optimized nanotextures are higher than those of the CNH and PYH ones, and vice versa. The reasons why fabricating nanotextures on SC surfaces can largely improve the PCE of the FAPbI3 SCs are discussed. |
