Zusammenfassung: | In this work, the Imbert–Fedorov (IF) shift is systematically investigated when a light beam is incident on black phosphorus. Using the angular spectrum theory, we obtain the analytical expressions of IF shifts for a
p
-polarized and
s
-polarized beam. Based on the theoretical analysis, numerical calculations are performed. The results indicate that the IF shifts depend on the incident angle, polarization and frequency of incident light, as well as the optical axis angle and electron concentration of black phosphorus. These characteristics make it possible to accurately measure the physical parameters of two-dimensional atomic materials based on IF shifts. |
