Zusammenfassung:	A 70-year-old woman developed transient monocular blindness (tmb) in the setting of a perfused incomplete central retinal vein occlusion (crvo) and primary open angle glaucoma. Her visual symptoms and fundus changes resolved after intraocular pressures were normalized. Perfused crvo should be included in the differential diagnosis of tmb.
