Experimental study of the B-type coherent e + e −-pair photoproduction in crystals

The energy dependence of the coherent production of e + e − -pairs in crystals (diamond, ⟨100⟩) is measured in the photons energy range 100-1000 MeV, which confirms the existence of B-type effect in this process.
