Kurze Originalmitteilungen Zur Darstellung deuterierter heterocyclischer Fünfringverbindungen vom Typ Furan, Thiophen und Pyrrol durch basenkatalysierten Wasserstoffisotopenaustausch mit Deuteriumoxid

Several deuterated heterocyclic compounds of the type of furane, thiophene and pyrrole were prepared by base catalyzed proton exchange with deuteriumoxide at temperatures above 423 K in a closed system. The determination of the deuterium and its distribution within the molecules was carried out by mass spectrometry and 1 h-nmr spectrometry.
