Zusammenfassung:Measurements of the dielectric permittivity are reported for a deuterated solid solution of antiferroelectric betaine phosphate 0.4 ferroelectric betaine phosphite 0.6 at frequencies 20 Hz < v < 1 MHz. Freezing phenomena in DBP 0.4 DBPI 0.6 have revealed a transition into a dipolar glass state. The activation energy was found to be E b = 469 K (0.041 eV). The Kutnjak model showed typical glass behaviour with an estimated glass temperature of 37 K.
