Zusammenfassung:Cu 1.80 Fe 0.05 S crystals have been synthesized by the method of slow cooling. The structural phase transitions of these crystals have been studied by X-ray diffractometry. It is shown that, at room temperature, metastable FCC phases of anilite and djurlite exist in Cu 1.80 Fe 0.05 S crystals, as compared with Cu 1.85 S.
