Quadrupole Spin Echo Monitor for Gamma - Avalanche Launching

The theory of the gamma-laser launching by means of the quadrupole spin echo technique is constructed. The general steps of the development of the puls gamma-laser dynamics are shown. Numerical estimations are made for Rh 103 .
