Zusammenfassung:The photoinduced phenomena in Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 crystals with x = 0 and x = 0.04 were studied. Photoactive illumination caused the decrease of the temperature interval in which the diffuse antiferroelectric-ferroelectric (AFE-FE) phase transition occurs. The photodielectric effect in the antiferroelectric phase and the photoelectret effect have been observed in the crystals with x = 0.04. The results are discussed in terms of cluster model of AFE-FE phase transition.
