Zusammenfassung:The illumination of a GaP crystal from extrinsic spectra region in magnetic field leads both to the Hall component of bulk photovoltaic current and to the completely new photovoltaic current component induced along the field axes. The temperature dependences of the corresponding tensor components are investigated. The possible microscopic mechanism of magnetoinduced currents is suggested.
