Dielectric properties of lead monohydrogen phosphate single crystals, PbHPO4
The permittivity and spontaneous polarization of LHP(PbHPO 4 ) single crystals prepared by a gel method were measured in a wide range of temperatures. The effect of dc bias on permittivity above the transition was also studied.
