| Zusammenfassung: | A number of the Te-containing perovskites compounds have been studied. It has been established that some of them are either ferro-, ferri or antiferroelectrics. The influence of the different factors on the Curie temperatures is analysed. A tentative conclusion about the principal role of the Te6+-sublattice vis-a-via the mechanism of the origin of the spontaneously polarized state is drawn. |
