N-bromosuccinimide has been used as a titrant using bordeaux red as indicator which changes from rose red to yellow at the end point. 1.51 to 9.06 mg morphine is determined from 100 ml of urine and the maximum relative standard deviation is 3% when 1.51 mg morphine is determined. |
