Barrels VII: Proceedings of a Satellite Symposium of the 1994 Society for Neuroscience Meeting

A meeting of somatosensory and developmental biologists was held on November 12 and 13, 1994, in Miami, Florida, to consider recent findings that relate to the somatosensory system. The focus of this, the seventh annual Barrels Symposium (Barrels VII), was on somatosensory circuits and plasticity, and on the development of somatosensory primary afferent projections and barrel-like neuronal aggregations in the brainstem, thalamus, and cortex.
