Zusammenfassung: | After a ski-accident a 13-year-old boy sustained contusion of the right eye with medial blow-out fracture. The lamina papyracea and a part of the orbital tissues were dislocated into the nasal cavity. Enophthalmos and restriction of the motility of the eye in all directions, except abduction, was the result. For reconstruction, reposition and fixation of the lamina papyracea with a free composite graft consisting of septum cartilage and mucosa (1.5 × 2 cm) was performed. |
