Zusammenfassung: | Hardy suggests using a diagnostic and treatment model to deal with dysfunctional doctors who suffer from health conditions, who have issues with personal or professional conduct, or who have issues with professional competence. Since the causes of dysfunction differ, the procedures and processed used will need to be different for each of the different categories of dysfunction. It would also be helpful for effective systems and procedures to be put in place in medical schools to identify candidates who could become dysfunctional in the future. |
