Zusammenfassung:The cell free filtrate (CFF) of sixteen indigenous isolates of Streptomyces spp. from compost sample tested at five dilutions [S, S/2, S/4, S/8 and S/16] against M. incognita J2s at 24h interval showed an average immobility in the range of 1.2 to 97.4% and an average mortality of 1.2 to 85.8%. Isolate 16 identified as S. lavendulae MTCC 706 caused the highest average immobility of 97.4% and mortality of 85.8% at 72h with egg hatch inhibition of 88.6%.
