The aim of the study was to investigate the clinical efficiency of oral clonidine premedication in prevention of haemodynamic response associated with pneumoperitoneum. Clonidine premedication provides perioperative haemodynamic stability, hence it can be recommended as a routine premedication for laparoscopic procedure. |
