Injection locked DBR laser diode module for access applications

A Distributed Bragg Reflector laser diode has been packaged and characterised in an injection locking configuration for access applications. A modulation Bandwidth of 5 GHz and a chirp parameter as low as 1.2 have been demonstrated. (2 pages)
