Zusammenfassung: | The Laser-induced Chemical Liquid Deposition (LCLD) technology is discussed. A new type of Rapid Prototyping (RP) system graph based on the technology is introduced, and the work process of this system is introduced on detail. The discussions are carried out to key technology of LCLD RP software system, which includes slicing based on adjacent triangle topological information, partition of filling area by minimize convex hull-, optimized algorithm of scanning-filling after slicing. The example implemented on OpenGL and object oriented program is presented. Three-dimensional motion of the experimental platform is structured using PMAC2A-PC/104 motion controller and Diode fiber laser system. At the conditions of room temperature, beam diameter 400 μm and wavelength 808 nm, based on the 45 steel, the experiment of copper deposition through LCLD is performed, data of laser beam scanning path from above-mentioned algorithms. The result shows that the slicing and arithmetic of scanning-filling technology are suitable with LCLD system using continuous laser, the speed of SIL file processing are greatly accelerated and the error of CLI file is few, the speed and accuracy of file processing are perfected.
