Zusammenfassung: | This paper roundly analyzes the deviation and the response delay of full-wave Fourier algorithm by using the power system frequency transient model. And then this paper, in theory, derives the amendment coefficient of full-wave Fourier algorithm applied to frequency transient changes and presents a new frequency forecasting method against its response delay. The new method effectively eliminates the influence of frequency dynamic changes and the deviation caused by the response delay of Fourier algorithm. The results of simulation show that this forecasting algorithm has high dynamic measuring precision and fast convergence speed. So it can meet the need of frequency real-time measurement of power systems. (6 pages) |
