Zusammenfassung:In this paper, a newly constructive arithmetic based on random data is presented about the automobile cover style design problem such as advanced surface style and reverse engineering. This algorithm extracts latent points by plane curvature method as the control points of NURBS curve from three-dimensional data contour during certain local area. Then get the NURBS curve from the latent generatrix to divide the region. The algorithm firstly process the point feature during every region, then process the quadrangles by re-constructed fitting method and smooths the boundary by local spring-back method, finally assembles every region together as an integrated class A surface. During process, user can put forward the controlled error and smooth judge criterion of surface, and this arithmetic can give curved surface design request after iterative calculation. In this paper, a typical automobile class A surface design problem about automobile cover is analyzed, which shows the reliability and validity of algorithm.
