Zusammenfassung: | Very few people will disagree that the ability to work in a team is one of the most important soft skills for a professional. There are many reasons why teamwork is so important. First, we live in a society with industries and organizations composed of different people . . . very different people. Second, institutions are organized into departments, divisions, sectors, and so on. However, perhaps the most important reason is on the fact that, although our qualifications direct our knowledge for a very specific area, real and complex problems require the combination and integration of different fields. This means that people need to work together to crack down on the continuous challenges that all of us must face. |
