Neural network identification of contaminated corn from FTIR spectra

We hope to use neural network algorithms and FTIR (Fourier Transform InfraRed) - DRS (diffuse reflectance spectroscopy) to detect fungal contamination of corn. To simulate field data, we made measurements on ground corn supplemented with known amounts of a common corn fungus.
