Zusammenfassung:Energy efficiency is an important issue in wireless ad-hoc networks since the battery power of terminals is limited. The energy efficient MAC algorithm is based on reservation and scheduling for wireless ad-hoc networks. In this paper, we drive the optimal threshold energy level for the Pseudo Base Station (PBS) reselection in the energy efficient MAC through mathematical analysis.
