Zusammenfassung:In order to realize ultra wide band (UWB) 2-20 GHz multi-channel power division and improve the output power with low insertion loss, a design method of four-channel chain type power divider was proposed. Compound multilayers as the substrate of the circuit were introduced. Data analysis was utilized to obtain whether each value of scattering-parameter (S-parameter) meets the overall requirements under certain input power and operating frequency. Therefore, it is found that operating frequency can be effectively expanded to UWB performance with ten octave band. Software is used to model and simulate the designed four-channel power divider, and the isolation degree of its port of power divider is measured. Through simulation and optimization, the optimal operating frequency is stabilized near the center frequency and the isolation of the port is limited to more than 15 dB. The design is novel, practical and suitable for application in engineering.
