Zusammenfassung: | Digital health technologies and their data potentially offer significant opportunities for health management, with both individuals and health research. The research includes pharmaceutical trials, medical studies, public health programs, pandemic response, and health product evaluation. Having organized and updated health data generated by a consumer or home digital health devices combined with medical records from other sources enables these opportunities. This article discusses a practical approach to organizing and managing these data with standards and requirements. The organization includes a data management framework where requirements can be specified. The article is not an in-depth study of existing public health systems or medical record systems. The objective is to consider a practical strategy to develop these requirements with both the medical, engineering and regular communities. |
