Awards Chairman's Comments

Twelve of the oral and poster presentations at this year's NS REC were selected for consideration for the Outstanding Conference Paper. Each presentation at the Conference was reviewed and scored by four or more of the eighteen members of the committee. The selection of the twelve finalist papers was based on the scoring and a discussion by the committee at the end of the Conference. The scoring of the presentations was based on the clarity and quality of the presentation, the quality of the technical work and the significance.
