Zusammenfassung: | A 1-V 2.4-GHz monolithic LNA for Bluetooth applications using source-degeneration image rejection has been designed and fabricated in a standard 0.35-/spl mu/m CMOS process. With an intermediate frequency (IF) of 200 MHz, the LNA is simulated to provide a gain of 18 dB with a maximum image rejection of more than 60 dB and a noise figure (NF) of 4.8 dB at a 1-V supply while drawing a total current of 32 mA. Due to the unexpectedly low Q of the on-chip inductors, the measurement is much degraded. |
