Zusammenfassung: | This paper proposes a novel ZVT three-phase inverter with a single coupled inductor for high power applications. The auxiliary circuit of the proposed topology consists of one coupled inductor, two auxiliary switches, and six thyristors. The proposed topology achieves the same performance as the ZVT topologies with six auxiliary switches, using only two auxiliary switches. In addition, using one inductor and thyristors in the auxiliary circuit promises improvement of the reliability and productivity of the inverter. The simulation and experimental results show the improved characteristics of the proposed ZVT inverter. |
