Zusammenfassung: | A method of generating a differential 100 kV is demonstrated, so that the potential relative to ground does not exceed 50 kV. Up to 40 kW of average power at 5 kHz, 40 ns rise time have been achieved in that way. In recent years, several publications have indicated that increasing the voltages applied to high power copper vapor lasers (CVL) may result in increased laser power and efficiency. Obviously, the higher the voltage, the more severe are the technical difficulties involved. |
