Zusammenfassung: | The glucose oxidase (GOD) has an effect on the redox properties of the host complex. In the voltammogram, the GOD brought on additional peaks around -0.8 V vs. Ag/AgCl. The pH of the solution during the potential swing decreased to 4.4. As the concentration of GOD increased, the anodic part of the new peaks increased. The GOD limits transport of the electrolyte anion because of its net chain. This caused large values for the faradic impedance of the complex in charge transfer. The concentration of GOD and the electrochemical coupling interact with each other. |
