Endocardiac electrodes can be considered in an infinite medium since the isolated surface is far enough. Injecting a small current in an ablation catheter and using a geometrical approach with respect to four measuring points, one can solve the inverse problem in one step. Error depends mostly on the electrode quality and noise immunity of the data acquisition system.
