Zusammenfassung: | We realize arbitrary vector beams with a high efficiency over a broad wavelength range using a polarization rotation metasurfaces composed of a single-layer nanoparticles structure. Through modulating the geometry of metasurfaces, we realize a high-efficiency broadband -90° to 90° optical rotation. By a 90° rotation for the metasurfaces, a π phase delay can be obtained for transmitted wave, and the light polarization can be extended to the entire 360° range. In addition, radially and azimuthally polarized vector beams can be highly efficient generation through arbitrary combining six discrete structure units with a step of 60°. |
