Zusammenfassung: | The delta-sigma modulation technique has been widely used in digital-to-analog converter for digital audio signal acquisition because of its relaxed reconstruction filtering requirements and its high tolerance of component mismatch. This paper discusses a very low power, highly linear D/A converter for industry data acquisition applications. A single chip device integrates a second-order digital delta-sigma modulator, a single-ended switched-capacitor reconstruction filter with chopper stabilized amplifier, and a second-order continuous-time filter, fabricated in a 0.6 /spl mu/m double-poly double-metal CMOS process. |
