Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation problem for two frequency scale systems

The Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation problem for a parametric set of data is considered. Sufficient conditions are obtained which guarantees a two frequency scale solution. Decomposition of the problem into two Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation problems each having a smaller data size is presented.
