Zusammenfassung: | In order to extend the basic research on the stability of composite conductors combined with low-temperature superconductors and high-temperature superconductors and to explore its applications, an NbTi/YBCO composite magnet was developed and tested in this paper. A special combination method and a special transposition method were applied during the winding process to balance the current and the magnetic field between the two superconductors. The minimum quench energy of the NbTi/YBCO composite magnet and an NbTi magnet were measured. |
