The anisotropy of the sea surface is characterized by the coefficient of the sea roughness anisotropy. The asymmetry of sea wave profile relative crest line is characterized by the coefficient of asymmetry of sea wave profile and the asymmetric slope probability density function. The microwave backscatter model was proposed. |
