Silicon-based Thermal Comfort Sensing Device

Based on a thermal mannequin model, we have designed and fabricated a silicon-based TCS (thermal comfort sensing) device. The thermal comfort sensor appears to be highly sensitive to air flow and fairly sensitive to radiation while quite insensitive to humidity.
