Zusammenfassung: | A novel signal-processing algorithm based on phase tracking in frequency domain of optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometric spectrum is described. The concept was demonstrated with three fiber Fabry-Perot interferometers for relative humidity measurement. Experimental results show that the proposed method can yield optical path difference measurement with high resolution, especially in the lower range of absolute humidity under 2000 ppm. |
