Low-frequency asymptotics in the diffraction of waves by echelette

The paper presents an analysis of the problem of H-polarized plane wave diffraction from a symmetrical metallic echelette whose dimensions are small comparing to the wavelength. To solve the problem, we apply the quasistatic Green function method.
