Zusammenfassung: | The transformation coefficients are presented of BAW or SAW crystal resonator amplitude and phase fluctuations through the 1/f flicker noise of its motional and static equivalent parameters within a resonator inter-resonance gap. The accurate and approximate functions of phase and amplitude power spectral densities are given. The low-noise frequency of the crystal resonator operation is substantiated at which the fluctuation influence of its motional inductance and capacity tends to zero in the oscillator. Two examples are given as an illustration of the good agreement of the measured data with the prediction curves. |
