Zusammenfassung:This paper presents the first stage in our model-based software testing process. The process is based partly on techniques from testing telecommunication protocols. We extend these concepts and apply them to unit- and integration-level testing of software. Under this process, all test requirements are specified using a semi-formal test description language, TTCN, providing a uniform approach to create test cases at different levels of testing, and to automate many testing activities.
