Zusammenfassung: | Peer to Peer (P2P) is the networks where nodes (peers) are connected with no central authority. The peer in network cooperates with each other for sharing of files on network. Searching for a large scale video or audio files over internet require an extraordinary amount server capacity and huge network resources. In Client server application each time client has to approach to server. P2P networks can be used to share unused resources, with huge bandwidth and computational power. The Distributed P2P (peer to peer) application has been the main research focus and popularity for download of large resources. These networks mostly focus on searching and discovery of the contents. Flooding is used to locate resources but it introduced redundancy. More searching algorithm was also proposed blind search and informed search. The direction based search with a consistent cache strategy for content searching is more efficient to locate resources without introducing redundancy. Searching is done on structured networks which use a consistent protocol throughout P2P. |
